Nearby Folk Cancellation and Refund Policy

Overview

Nearby Folk is a digital social discovery service. We do not sell physical goods through this website. Any paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are handled through the applicable app store or payment provider.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription from inside the Nearby Folk app. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the current billing period ends. Once that billing period is over, the subscription will deactivate and will not renew.

Refund Requests

To request a refund, you should contact our support team within 24 hours of the charge at support@nearbyfolk.com and provide the reason for your request. Refunds are provided only if you are eligible after review by our support team.

Billing Support

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at support@nearbyfolk.com with your account email and purchase details. Please do not share full card numbers, passwords, or sensitive payment credentials.
