Shipping
Since all access is digital, no shipping fee, courier service, tracking number, or delivery timeline applies to standard Nearby Folk app access.
Exchange
Digital subscriptions and in-app purchases cannot be exchanged for another product. If there is a purchase or access issue, contact us and we will help you review the account or billing concern.
